Total destemming, cold skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. The end of alcoholic fermentation was in new French oak barrels.
Intense garnet colour with abundant violet tones. Aroma nuance of floral notes, dried black plum, raisin and macerated forest fruits. Slight notes of toast and spices. It has a complex, smooth and harmonious flavour. Distinction for the nobility of tannins resulting from the aging in new French oak barrels. It ends bulky, enveloping and very elegant.
