Touriga Nacional e Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes are controlled in the vineyard with a view to optimum ripeness. The two varieties are vinified separately. After 2 days of skin maceration, to extract more aromas, fermentation with controlled temperature at 23ºC follows. After malolactic fermentation and 12 months aging in French oak barrels, the final blend is pasted and filtered before bottling.
Intense aroma of violets and ripe currant from Touriga, with its own Cabernet spices and complexity given by the wooden aging.
Balanced and round body, the floral character and ripe black fruits are confirmed in the mouth. Intense mouth finish and excellent persistence.
