Bacalhôa Greco Di Tufo 2018
After extensive pre-fermentative maceration, the grapes were gently pressed and the must fermented very slowly at controlled temperature. It aged in its fine lees for four months, giving it unctuousness and a long finish.
It presents a golden yellow colour, slightly orange, complex aromas, revealing floral and citrus notes, as well as dried flowers, lavender, grapefruit and ripe orange. In the mouth it is elegant and has great depth, in a strong body and structure. Given its rarity, we can define it as Exotic, Personalized and Different.
