Bacalhôa Rosé Touriga Franca 2018
The grape entered the cellar, was chilled and gently pressed; The must obtained, after clarification, was fermented at low temperatures (10 - 12ºC) thus achieving a very slow fermentation, aiming at preserving the primary aromas of the grape variety.
It is a pale pink wine, with an intense, rich and complex aroma, with floral and fruity notes such as blueberries and raspberries. In the mouth these aromatic sensations are enhanced and intensified, which together with a good natural acidity, originate a wine with a full, very mineral, dry and fresh finish. Given its rarity we can define it as Elegant, Rare and Original.
