Sémillon , Alvarinho , e Sauvignon blanc .
Filipa Tomaz da Costa
Each variety was vinified separately, respecting its optimum ripeness for the desired style. With the beginning of fermentation in stainless steel vats, 16% of the must, only that of the Sémillon variety, fermented and aged in new French oak barrels followed by a five-month aging with “batonnage”.
It presents a straw yellow colour, with greenish hints, complex aromas revealing fruity characters with hints of grapefruit, passion fruit and apricot, floral characters such as linden and honey, in an elegant mouth and of great depth in a structure and strong body. It is a deep, sophisticated and complex wine.
