Total destemming and controlled crushing. The must was subjected to pre-fermentative maceration on cold skin for 48 hours. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and the maceration with moderate extraction continued for more than 40 days. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in new stainless steel tanks and was immediately packaged in 500-liter French oak barrels, where it was aged for 12 months.
Intense and deep colour. Distinctive aroma very intensive and complex, with floral notes. In the mouth, it is well rounded, with a precise but seductive quality, with obvious and highly floral fruit flavours. Well structured with dense and fine tannins. In the tasting, it stands out more for the freshness than for the concentration and for the long, seductive and persistent finish.
