Grapes harvested manually, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation between 16 - 17ºC for a period of approximately 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Place in fine lees in barrels and vats until bottling.
Intense, fresh and very elegant aroma, with citrus notes in harmony with very discreet floral notes. In the mouth it is very fresh, with volume provided by the contact and lifting of the fine lees until bottling.
