They ferment 3 to 4 days with the films, regularly immersed by reassembly, for greater extraction of color and aromas. the wort films are separated and 77% v / v brandy is added to this, so that the wine has 19% alcohol and 90 to 120 g / l of reducing sugars from the grape itself.
Intense ruby color, almost black. It presents a young aroma, with black fruits like blackberry. It is fresh, with notes of peppermint and eucalyptus. In the mouth it has soft tannins that give it structure and a youthful flavor that confirms the intense presence of blackberry notes and the freshness of peppermint. On the whole it is long and has a very balanced acidity.
