Soft pressing after 6 hours of cold maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. It aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats under fine lees.
The fruit, lemon leaf notes are very good, with complexity and great harmony in the mouth. Balanced in the body and acidity, with the fruit to command. Good set, it works very well, with a lot of character.
