The grapes are carefully pressed at low pressure, followed by fermentation with mild carbonic maceration at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18ºC. After fermentation, the wine is aged in a stainless steel tank for 5 months.
Very fresh and fruity, with notes of raspberries and wild strawberries. A touch of sweetness and mineral notes. Pleasant acidity and well integrated. A light and very appetizing Vinho Verde rose with a beautiful and lasting finish.
