Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot e Malbec.
The grapes were harvested manually in small boxes, followed by careful manual sorting and removed before pressing. Cold maceration took place before fermentation started. During fermentation (which did not exceed 30 ° C), the must was pumped over the lid to ensure the extraction of colour and ripe tannins. The total maceration time was 25 to 30 days. It aged in 90% new French oak and 10% new American oak for a period of 14 months. Then it was aged for another two years in the bottle before launch.
Dark red wine with violet tones. On the nose aromas of black pepper and paprika. A mild minty feel of Cabernet Franc, and fruity notes of Malbec and Petit Verdot, combine to form the backbone of this round and velvety vintage from Enzo. In the mouth it has a wide palate and a harmony of mixed tannins that provide structure and volume.
