Fermentation with controlled temperatures (22º to 25ºC) in wine presses with foot treading, concrete vats and stainless steel vats.
It aged for 6 months between concrete vats and French oak barrels, followed by another 6 months in bottle, before going to the market.
Clear appearance, concentrated ruby colour.Fine and vibrant aromas of Alfrocheiro combined with notes of violets and blue fruits of Touriga Nacional.In the mouth, Alicante Bouschet contributes with a velvety and firm texture, while Syrah consolidates the intensity in an elegant and elegant set balanced.
