Destemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats and new American and French oak barrels.
Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and new American and French oak barrels on fine lees.
Crystalline appearance, straw colour with greenish reflections. Grapefruit and white peach notes, integrated in the subtle toast of the barrels and combined with notes of fresh spices.
Creamy, complex and balanced, where the fruit mixes with some minerality, and ends with an intense and persistent finish.
