Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca e Tinta Roriz
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, picked by hand into 20kg boxes. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes underwent five days of cold maceration. Fermentation took place over ten days, with daily "delestage". After alcoholic fermentation, 50% of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Deep ruby coloured wine. Aroma with subtle notes of black fruits, with aroma and myrtle, combined with notes of fgo, mocha and cocoa. In the mouth, it reveals a remarkable freshness, an excellent structure and balance, with frmes tannins and of great quality. Its finish is complex, revealing great elegance and aromatic persistence.
