The grapes are crushed and destemmed, followed by 12 hours of pre-fermentation for 48 hours to take advantage of natural endogenous enzymes, inoculation with selected yeasts.
Citrus coloured wine. Aromatic intensity, dominated by minerality, with notes of high quality wood. Well balanced, intense and fresh. Long finish.
