Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes on 6 and 7 September for Touriga Nacional, 21 September for Alicante Bouschet and 14 September for Petit Verdot. After a short period in a refrigeration chamber, the grapes were again minced meticulously on a vibrating sorting table, before being fully destemmed and crushed. The fermentation of the varieties took place separately, in French oak barrels at controlled temperature, for eleven days.
Red fruits, light, dry smoked vegetables, a little bit of chocolate. medium body, great freshness of the mouth, in a very sui generis style. Textured, with firm tannins and great at the end of the mouth.
