Fermentation was done in the traditional Portuguese method of treading the grapes on foot to extract the colour and tannins in the smoothest way possible.
The wine has great elegance with a rich ruby colour. A variety of berry flavours and oak tones contribute to the wine's complexity. The oak is already well integrated and combined with a soft tannin structure, it guarantees good maturation and freshness potential.
