When they reach the ideal stage of ripeness, the grapes are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins, with total destemming, careful optical choice and light crushing. Fermentation takes place in French oak vats with controlled temperature, followed by prolonged post-fermentative maceration.
It has a deep garnet colour; Concentrated and complex aroma with notes of flowers (lime) and fruits (raspberry), balsamic (resin), vegetable balsamic, and many others, all noble; Elegant, concentrated palate, with enormous and seductive freshness, imposing very tannins thin and firm to guarantee its longevity.
