Sparkling wine was obtained according to the classic fermentation method in a cellar in a bottle, with a temperature of 14 ° C, which took 9 months in the yeast to complete the process.
The wine has a clear appearance, with a citrus colour with straw tones, fine bubbles and persistent foam, which is typically the aroma of the Alvarinho grape. In the mouth it is fresh, but balanced, elegant and with a good body, well integrated mousse and persistence with good taste, such as the residual sugar content of sparkling wine.
