Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness are picked by hand into 20 kg boxes. After destemming and gentle crushing, they were placed in stainless steel vats where they fermented for 5 days, with three "delestage" daily, and remained in post-maceration for another 3 days, producing a wine of excellent extract. He aged in old French oak vats. Blend was made in March 2019.

Dark red color, dense, vivid and very opaque. Intense aroma with aromas of blackberry and ripe currant, dark chocolate with pepper and menthol notes. In the mouth, it is a very balanced wine, corpulent involving the quality tannins, with a persistent and harmonious finish that exquisitely complements its aroma.
