Touriga Nacional, Tinta Amarela e Sousão
François Lurton
The wine was vinified in the traditional wine presses on foot. The must is transferred in small vats to Quinta do Malhô where it is aged in barrels.
Intense garnet colour and nose rich in aromas of very ripe black fruit, in addition to evident notes of leather, spices and a fine balsamic and smoky sensation, in the mouth it is a balanced wine, with perfectly polished tannins and where there is some evolution, on the palate black fruit mixed with notes of wood and some leather, as well as a delicate black pepper sensation, the finish ends with a medium / high length.
