Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes, during the dawn of the 3rd and 4th of September 2018. After a period of cold skin maceration, it fermented in a stainless steel vat, at a controlled temperature of 14.5ºC, for 21 days.
Greenish coloured wine. Mineral and citrus aroma. Freshness and complexity that reveal the terroir that gave rise to it.
