Sant’ana Riesling 2017
The bunches are chased, crushed and macerated for two days. After pressing, the wort is transferred to a barrel, where it is fermented slowly during the winter. Ages in used French oak barrels for 9 months.
Bright light yellow colour, with greenish nuances. Grapefruit, lime and lemon aromas with a light oil note. Fresh, very mineral attack with a fine texture. Persistent, fresh to the end.
