The grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were pressed gently in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in a stainless steel vat at 16 ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months.
Pale citrus yellow colour. Intense aroma of tropical fruits, citrus peel and flower, with mineral nuances.
It is distinguished by its gustatory freshness, balance, volume and excellent mouth aroma.
