After harvesting, the grapes were subjected to cold maceration, followed by fermentation at 28ºC and a prolonged maceration for 35 days. Maturation took place for 15 months in new French oak barrels. Then the wine aged in bottle for 18 months.
Intense ruby ​​colour. Aroma with floral and green notes typical of the variety. Rich and vibrant palate, with a delicious and persistent finish.
