Scala Coeli 2014
After harvesting, the grapes were subjected to cold maceration, followed by fermentation at 28ºC and a prolonged maceration for 35 days. Maturation took place for 15 months in new French oak barrels. Then the wine aged in bottle for 18 months.
Intense ruby colour. Aroma with floral and green notes typical of the variety. Rich and vibrant palate, with a delicious and persistent finish.
