The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our cellar, where the transformation process began with total destemming and gentle crushing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature for 25 days. This was followed by maturation on fine lees for 3 months and partial aging in French oak barrels.
Light citrus colour, bright. In the aroma stand out floral and tropical fruit notes. In the mouth the acidity of Arinto predominates, which gives it freshness and intensity.
