Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC. It aged for 6 months on fine lees in French oak barrels.
Pale pink. Aromatic notes of wild fruits; cherries, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, with a floral touch of roses.
Palate: fresh and juicy flavour, with balanced acidity and sweetness very well. It has an aromatic taste on the palate.
