Vale d’Aldeia 2016
The grapes are harvested by variety and blocks in 20 kg boxes. Once completely stripped, they are crushed. Then, the must is lightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. Fermented at a temperature between 13 / 14ºC in a vat, to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.
Light and cherry colour, with a very fruity aroma of red fruits. The acidity is balanced with a long and pleasant finish.
