Vale do Chafariz Reserve 2017

The grapes destined for the Vale do Chafariz white were harvested manually in an optimum ripening period, which provided the desired freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation in stainless steel vats took place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 18 days after vacuum filtration of the must.
Citrine in colour, it is a very aromatic, complex nectar with floral notes. The Atlantic influence gave it freshness.
