With these packages, the wines are properly protected, being their cost calculated in the final price to pay.

4 – PACKAGING OR DAMAGED BOTTLES

In the event of shipping package is damaged you should check the contents upon delivery and present the complaint to the carrier, subsequently contacting the thewineboxporto.com, you should also contact us if you received a package in good condition but still the articles are damaged.

5 – LEGAL TAX

thewineboxporto.com scrupulously complies with Portuguese legislation. All products displayed in our shop include the VAT value to legal fees of 13% and 23%. The value of VAT can be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration in a country of the European Union.
