1 – RETURNS
The client has a maximum of 14 days from the date the property is reception, to return without penalty and without giving any reason, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to express this desire.
The price of the goods will be refunded to the customer within 30 days minus the original shipping freight. Transportation costs are the customer’s responsibility. No orders will be received freight collect, and thewineboxporto.com does not reimburse shipping rates. The goods must be returned in proper conditions of use (including the original packaging).
2 – RESTITUTION IN CASE OF LACK OF PRODUCT
Once the online shopping sales are made to various users, it may experience simultaneous sales without merchandise in the warehouse of thewineboxporto.com. If this happens, a new deadline will be communicated to the customer. If this situation occurs, the customer will have the following options:
- The application is cancelled and all amounts charged will be fully compensated;
- The customer may wait for the availability of the goods to be sent later.
Compensation will be made by bank deposit in the account buyer, within seven (7) business days after the customer’s cancellation.
3 – PURCHASE CANCELLATION by thewineboxporto.com
thewineboxporto.com can automatically cancel the purchase in the following situations:
- Inability to perform a corresponding charge to purchase the Credit Card,
- Non-payment of deposit or bank transfer by the deadline,
- No consistency of the data filled in the purchase order
- Prices registered wrong electronically.
